Starting from 15th October, I'm
renting out the second bedroom (24 sq. meters) for 1 person
ONLY. The bedroom has: a queen-size bed with 4 sets of
Givenchy beddings (bedspreads, blankets, sheets,
pillowcases) and 3 pillows, 5 towels, a closet coupe with
hangers, a computer desk, an office chair, a small fridge
and a TV set.
My apartment has: 1 living room, 2
bedrooms, a balcony with a wonderful panoramic view,
jacuzzi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a
wide and spacious refrigerator, 2 small fridges, 3 TV sets
with satellite connection, internet access, intercom,
business-class interior design, 24-hour concierge,
etc.
Rent per month: EUR 600 if paid in cash, or USD 850
if paid via bank transfer. I do NOT accept any other
currency nor payment method.
The janitor comes 2 times
per week. Lots of amenities nearby: supermarkets, ATMs,
24-hour clinic, swimming pool, fitness club, gym, ski
resort, bowling club, tennis courts, golf fields, clean
parks, etc.
I can also guarantee a parking zone for you
:-)
Briefly said, my apartment is located in one of the
most prestigious and glamorous areas of Moscow luxury: Alye
Parusa. Fully equipped, fully furnished and everything you
require for a comfortable and decent stay.
All your
requests and suggestions are welcome and, in order to
guarantee you a pleasant stay, you're encouraged to take
advantage of any available features in the apartment.
I'd like to highlight that I can NOT tolerate
alcoholism, smoking or drug addiction.
